1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kg990 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the kg990 website at https://kg990.pro and any associated mobile interface. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kg990 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose transaction fees independent of kg990. kg990 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request that has not yet been processed if a subsequent review reveals that the withdrawal would breach any condition of these Terms, including but not limited to unsatisfied wagering requirements, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete KYC documentation. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that offer.

• 4Exploiting technical errors, glitches, system malfunctions or software bugs to gain advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid. Players are required to report identified technical errors to [email protected] promptly.

Following investigation, confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds where legally permissible, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

kg990 may suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, suspected bonus abuse, receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider, or a request for self-exclusion by the account holder. In cases of suspension for investigation, account access will be restricted pending the outcome of that investigation.

Upon receipt of a closure request, kg990 will process any withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method and close the account within five business days. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of a voluntary closure request will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

While kg990 takes all reasonable commercial steps to ensure platform availability and security, planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability, for which kg990 accepts no liability.
